- 2 cups (1 can) coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 cups mango chunks (can be frozen for a milkshake-like treat)
In a blender, combine coconut milk, cardamom, and mango chunks and process until smooth. Makes 2-4 servings, depending on the size of your glasses.
